Bart ‘T Jampens is an internationally recognised expert in Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures (TSCM) and counterintelligence, with nearly four decades of experience in global security, intelligence investigations, and technical protection. Since 2003, he has been the founder and managing director of UNACIS BV, a specialised consultancy in counterespionage and electronic detection, and for four years he headed Unacis Emirates FZE in the United Arab Emirates. In total, he has 22 years of experience with UNACIS.
A former private investigator (25 years) — a profession deeply rooted in his family history — he evolved from classical observation and investigative techniques to the high-tech world of electronic counterespionage. Since 2009, he has focused exclusively on TSCM. He has trained in the United States, South Africa, Canada, the Netherlands, and the UK, gaining certified expertise in areas such as RF analysis, Bluetooth, GSM, and Wi-Fi detection, NLJD technology, and advanced inspection and detection techniques.
In May 2025, he secured first place at the prestigious “Bug-Off” TSCM event during the Canadian Technical Security Conference (CTSC), an international competition between top experts from government, military, and the private sector.
Bart ‘T Jampens works for governments, European institutions, international organisations, defence industries, and multinationals, and holds an EU SECRET security clearance valid until 2027. He is an active member of international networks such as ERII, the TSCM Institute, ASIS International, ECSA, and several business and security organisations. His broad portfolio includes not only technical operations but also high-level training and consultancy.
