S. (Serge) Stroobants

Serge Stroobants is the Director for Europe and the MENA region, and Global Director for Security, Defence and Intelligence at the Institute for Economics and Peace. With academic expertise in political science, international relations, and global security, he lectures as a guest professor on peace, development, terrorism, and radicalisation. Recognised as an expert on international terrorism, he has advised parliamentary committees in France and Belgium following major attacks and supports victims of terrorist acts. He is also an alumnus of the International Visitors Leadership Program of the US Department of State.
